I find that no matter how well versed you might be with a particular tool, it’s entirely possible you are muddling through using some aspect of it. You could always learn about better and more effective ways to use it. So when I saw The Social Media Marketing Book by Dan Zarrella on a bookshelf, I picked it up. (page 6)

Determine the correct vocabulary, tone, sentence structure, and imagery that you’ll need to use to communicate effectively with your audience.
